All appointments for color and chemical services require a deposit. If you need to cancel, please kindly do so with at least a 48-hour notice of your appointment. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within that 48 hours, you must pay an additional deposit in order to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you must pay half the price of the scheduled service in order to reschedule.
